Beyond good- a classic! I show my 5th Grade his adventures to help me teach Westward Expansion and the War of 1812, and of course the Alamo. The kids all start singing along every year despite themselves!

This brings back some great memories. My brother, sister & I watched "Daniel Boone" in the '60's. I had such a crush on Fess Parker (AND on Ed Ames - what a sexy voice he had.) They are still handsome today! I read that Ed lives within 15 min. of Fess, & they visit each other often. That's so cool that they are still friends!P.S.-they run "Daniel Boone" on a local TV station & I saw an episode today. Dear Lord, were his pants TIGHT! I bet Fess was embarrassed to wear them. LOL

i'm australian and back in the day even we used to watch the adventures of davy crockett/daniel boone on the wonderful world of disney every friday! even australians should know about the exploits of davy crockett and how the west was won. anglo brotherhood forever!

Yep, that's our old friend, Fess Parker. Now look at that job site, how them fellers got along with each other, nothing political going on, either between them and their boss or with each other in the band. Now that is something for each of us to learn for deep in the heart of industry anywhere. Fairly amazing, eyah.
