Great video!I live in what has become a university town. They opened up a Middle Eastern restaurant in a near by strip mall. I just had one of those stuffed grape leaves a little while ago. Awesome taste in it! Great food!

Thanks for the comment :) You should leave the covered because it keep them from drying out. Yes you can add 1/4 cup olive oil to the rice mix, it comes out great as well :)

Hello Mrs.Dede, i hope you are doing well. Thanx for all your wonderful postings of your mouth watering recipes and i can't wait to make all of them! I have a quick question about your veg, grapeleaves. In the end when the grapeleaves have finished cooking, you stated that we should let them rest for a few hours, right? Should they rest covered or uncovered? Another question please. May i put the olive oil in with all of the rice ingrediants?? Thanx again!
