It's on two CDs that are both out of print: "30th Anniversary Collection" on Rhino (1989) and "Vegas Style: The Best of the Late RCA and Buddah Recordings" on Taragon (2000). The former can be bought for a reasonable price, but the latter goes for upwards of $30 if you can find one.

Paul Anka is a very underrated songwriter, performer and arranger. Jubilation is a vintage 70s hit. Does anyone know if you can get it in a digital format instead of vinyl?

I really got into this comment. My father used to play this song in his old disc player. I still remember he had this long version in a 45 revolutions disc. I was about 5-6 years old and since then I loved this song. I still do.After all these years the only person close to me who knew of this song is a very good friend of mine back in Mexico. It's hard to say, because while I can find a listing that the record exists, there is no entry for Johnny Harris either in the Billboard book of Hot 100 records 1955-2002 or the "Bubbling Under the Hot 100" book. If it couldn't manage to get in either of those charts, it wasn't a hit, it was an extremely obscure record that couldn't get arrested with regard to airplay or sales.
