I'm a 32-year-old mom of 2 from the Phila. suburbs and this is my ringtone! Reading your comments doesn't make me feel so old after all. I thought I was showing my age by despising the new "hip-hop" of today. Like another poster said, other than Lupe Fiasco or new releases by talented groups like The Roots or Common, today's "hip-hop" is unbearable and tasteless. Glad to know that other people feel the same. I remain hopeful that the days of good beats and meaningful rhymes will someday return!
