I glad other people remember Ride for being the fantastic band that they were. They kind of went out of fashion big time in the UK, but did some amazing songs!I wish UK music was still this good... most of the best bands at the mo seem to be American or even Canadian.

One of the greatest songs of all time. Ride, come back and tour the States and show these imitators how it's done!

Class! Shoegazed to my hearts content to this one. Covered it a band too. Every cliche possible. Wasn't allowed to go to feile when they played the friday. missed the roses and the mondays too. what a line-up that night

I was lucky enough to see My Bloody Valentine live in September, so thats one band on my dream-list crossed off (I still want to see them again, because I was out of it, and barely remember a thing). Now all I need are a Ride reunion tour, a Curve reunion tour, and a Catherine Wheel tour.Well...actually theres a lot more bands I'd like to see. Ride is probably at the top of the list though. |
