I saw her perform at a Benefit in LA about 6 yrs. ago. She was SUPERB. I hear she's over 90 now! Also: a friend of mine worked in the theater with her in the '60's. It may also have been another revival of "Kiss Me Kate." She's supposed to be the sweetest lady. What a voice!

Write to her first, see if she's interested. At her age, she may have mellowed about any past differences. I have heard from someone who worked with her in the production of Kiss Me Kate, that she was a lovely person, and although the star, she was really nice with whom to work. So give it a try. It's not so bad to fail or be disappointed, but we always regret no trying. Best wishes.

It's complicated. I was told she wanted nothing to do with our family, but you know how things get misconstrued. I was thinking about it, but there's always that fear she'd get mad.

They're singing to the television audience. Is that so hard to figure out?Superb performers both of them. We'd be lucky to have stars of this level on Broadway today.

I was privileged enough to Work with the supremely talented Ms Morrison at The Birmingham Repertory Theatre in a major revial of Kiss Me Kate in the mid seventies. Great experience
