Cause he's not "keeping in line" he's "trying to keep in line" so it shakes to show the difficulty. Or that's my explanation. His performances have always been kind of odd, but I like it because of that. haha And the dinosaur is from a Japanese cartoon, at least I think that's who he is. Didn't pay much attention. He's like Barney I believe.
