It's a good thing that they are, but let's not turn it into a bad thing by pointing fingers at other people and saying "hah, see? you were wrong!" Let's take it for what it is, which is a positive step forward for all of us.

I am not a liberal...I am not really a conservative either...I'm not concerned with being right or wrong, but more with doing what's right. Before Petraeus was brought in (and thank god he was), people on both sides were saying the war was unwinnable. His success as a military commander is not a confirmation of anyone's preexisting steriotypes of people that hold leftist or rightist views are intellectually capable of. I'm so glad that things seem to be turning around.

There is simply no evil great enough that liberals could not find an eloquent way to submit to it. Its a tragedy that the number of viewers here is less than the number of people living on planet earth. Petraeus is extremely smart and, more importantly, fighting a morally upright cause. You have to be intellectually lame not to support this fight against evil.

Nice! Libs and Dems where wrong. Wrong!The evil bastards are being taken down .Key is that these evils are going down .If we are putting up with Iranian causing problem to our troops . We need to make sure that nothing from iran is allowed. If Iran steps out and wants to work against use then we need to cripple that cause immediately.I said, iran was behind a lot of the crap.The terrorist leaders are going down.Good Job!
