Thanks for the comment back I have finally got the hold down but only from the floor, I haven't climbed up the pole and attempted to do it in the air yet.

excellent job, how do you do the move at like 0:35 where you are sitting in front of the pole up in the air. I have been trying so many ways to get into that move with no luck. |
