Note, Yes, it appears that Surrick's decision was faxed to him, by Obama's lawyers in Chicago. He simply signed it, and then faxed it to Berg. I am beginning to believe that Berg has just been running interference for Obama. Lawsuit brought by a life long Democrat, heard by a Judge appointed by Clinton, and then he appeals to a liberal Justice at the Supreme Court, who will then refuse to hear the case.USA: DEFEND OUR CONSTITUTION !
