Lets see...the crusades, spanish inquisition, salem witch trials...Israel vs Palestine, Bosnia-Serbia mass executions of muslims, WW2, muslim infighting in Iraq...Religion is great until people get involved.

i agree with the other guy you need to get your facts straight, hitler and stalin were insane. Hitler didn't kill jewish people of there religion, he didn't really have a reason, he thought they were filth tainting the german nation, that has nothing to do with religion. He killed blacks homosexuals and any other disabled person because he thought they weren't pure. He did not try the impose religion but he create a hatred towards these people. Hitler was just a fucked up man.

No offence mate, but that is one very naive view. Most religions for starters condemn War, It is man's greed for power and wealth that is the motivation behind wars with religion as a scapegoat. I also believe that it's people who criticize religion and show no respect for others beliefs, that is them who start wars.

If the bible is your only source of history this kind of explains itself. By the way, the dictionary defines your "way of life" as religion. Hitler killed Jews b/c he didnt like their religion. Stalin killed everyone he didn't like because he was nuts, don't compare the 2. May you find sanity one day.

Salvation it sounds like you have been living in a cave. For one Hitler outlawed atheism and imposed Christian-backed socialism. Stalin didn't want people to have religion because he felt it gave them strength. Not believing in god doesnt automatically make you a terrorist. Most of those are very religious people.
