I think the history itself is the answer and Czechs logically didn't want such people in their country anymore. I'm not saying that it was done humanly way but that period of history wasn't exactly about beeing human if you know what I mean...

Germans were invited to live in depopulated Sudetenland long ago by Czech king to cultivate it which they did.They lived along in peace with Czechs till Hitler came along and send them crazy telling them they are beeing oppressed. Considering that he did that with almost the whole German nation it's not suprising they went to support him. But was he right?
