"alles klar herr kommissar" is a question! and its "Herr" (=Mr.) not "hier" (=here)i´m not an english, but i would translate it like that: everything alright officer? and that in a kind of "slang"funny that there are nearly only english comments at a german song xD

I've heard the English version of this song many times, but this version is much more natural sounding. I remember my 1st Wife, who was 100% German had this LP. I couldn't understand but maybe 2 words, but it still sounded great!
