I just want to know why Europeans are so hostile to us. I am mostly German, but I was born in America. We are the same. We look the same, we usually think the same, and we love the same things mostly. If you looked at an American and a Russian...could you really tell the difference? Anyway, I love this country and my old countries. And while I might not agree with the war in Iraq, as most other Americans, I am damn proud to be a U.S. Marine. Ooh-Rah!

I'm European.I've been to the US.Life is very good in both corners of this magnificent culture called Western Civilization.Americans and Europeans are somewhat different in terms of eating habits, sporting habits, political culture etc, etc, but what does that really matter in the long run?We share the same values and ought to stand up for them. Democracy or terrorism?It's up to you.
